| ClearCommerce – Year In Review
ClearCommerce® has a team of experts in data modeling, analytics, and order review. We have excellent tools within our suite of products in PaymentDirector™, FraudShield® and RAPIDReviewer™, and have access to our own check services data and shared data from e-commerce merchants and outside vendors.
In 2009, our goal was to share this fraud expertise with as many e-commerce merchants as possible. We traveled the country, making stops at many of the Industry’s events and tradeshows, and reached out to many of you. Most notably, events like the Merchant Risk Council’s (MRC) March Conference and September Meeting provided us with the opportunity to not only share our knowledge but to listen and hear your issues/concerns with fraud. In addition, throughout this year we have hosted webinars and authored informational case studies/white papers to provide merchants with further insight into making important risk management decisions for their businesses. In 2010, we will utilize the information gained from you over the last year to offer more informational materials and webinars that address your business concerns.

- Webinar: In-House VS Outsourcing… What You Need to Know (August, 2009) - Co-sponsored with the MRC, ClearCommerce® presented valuable information to assist merchants with making the choice of whether to build an internal fraud management system or outsource. - Webinar: on Best Practices for Minimizing Fraud during the Holiday Season (November, 2009)– ClearCommerce® recently sponsored a webinar with over 100 attendees that focused on tips and preparations for fighting online retail fraud during the holiday season.
