Improve Accuracy and Efficiency

Analysis conducted by review agents is the most time-consuming part of the fraud review process, and is frequently where risk screening efforts can slow down. RAPIDReviewer™ is the latest ClearCommerce® tool, designed to assist your business reduce its losses and become more productive. The product works in concert with existing fraud screening applications to automate and simplify the manual transaction review process.

As transactions are received, a risk scoring engine evaluates each transaction for fraud using custom rules and various transaction criteria. The risk scoring engine assigns transactions a status of accept, reject, or review. In the review phase, RAPIDReviewer™ allows your agents to access all the tools needed to manually evaluate and validate suspicious online orders through one portal. Your agents can review any order by evaluating order elements, to include credit card, billing/shipping addresses, IP address, order amount, and positive/negative lists.

CLEARCOMMERCE Technical Support:
A Review of the New CommercePointe® Features

CommercePointe®, our hosted solution, has now been running on Engine 5.10 for a few months, and the technical team is excited about its new features. We would like to review a couple of those functionalities below.

• User Interface - The updated interface has new contemporary style, the ClearCommerce® color palette has contributed to a cleaner and more attractive screen. In addition, the interface provides enhanced search functionality. When searching for transactions, merchants can choose Transaction Type and Transaction Status as search fields.
• New Fraud Lists - Merchants have access to new fraud lists, which now include extended Bin Range, Postal Code, and Area Code data. With the addition of these extended data capabilities, our customers have improved fraud protection.
• Enhanced Geolocation - A new feature within our solution is the ability for merchants to see the results of geolocation look-up within their transaction detail. This feature allows a merchant to see the country (and other fields) related to a particular IP address passed within an order.

As CommercePointe® continues to grow, we look forward to introducing more enhancements that will greatly optimize its fraud protection.
